“Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein; Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the Lord thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage;” Deuteronomy 8:12,14.
*REMEMBER THY GOD:* Many people do not handle little prosperity or promotion that well, consequently doors to bigger opportunities are often closed to them. To avoid this, we need to keep two simple things in mind. Firstly, do not lose your commitment to God, the giver of all good things, who is also able to keep that which you have received. Secondly, do not seek to escape from your simple origins — it will keep your feet on the grounds of humility instead of keeping your heart on the clouds of pride. Those who easily forget the past will easily forfeit the future . I pray that the Lord prosper you but keep you sober and make you a blessing to others in Jesus’ name!
