The organised labour has called off its seven-day warning strike over the Federal Government unilateral decision to adjourn negotiation for the new national minimum wage.
The suspension of the strike was announced by the President of Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Comrade Ayuba Wabba, on Sunday.
Addressing a press conference at the Labour House, Abuja, Comrade Wabba said the leadership of organised labour has received a formal letter, reconvening the suspended meeting.
The Federal Government has rescheduled the meeting of the Ama Pepple Tripartite Committee on National Minimum wage for Thursday, this week.
